January Recap: Custom Fonts, Social Sharing, and More New Features

Last month we made updates and changes to our builder that give you even more freedom to build your dream website. Here’s a quick recap of the new features and integrations we’ve added!
Add your own Custom Fonts
We are happy to say that you can now add your own custom fonts to your website! Having your own custom fonts is a great way to make your brand stand out. It also allows you to stay consistent with your design and messaging. With this new feature, you have the option to upload fonts in TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2 formats to your MyDrive. Once uploaded, you can easily select and use the fonts across your website!
As a reminder, remember that you should always have the legal rights to use the fonts you upload on your website. Google Fonts is a great resource to find the right design that you’re looking for, and you now can easily integrate Google font files onto your website.

We’ve optimized the Photo Gallery module
We’ve added new ways for you to customize the images in your photo gallery. Instead of just offering a template that you can upload your photos too, you can now select from a variety of gallery styles to introduce a unique design that really stands out on your site. From a sweet staggered style to rounded corners and edges, your images on your site will never look better.
On top of that, you can now select the best part of your images to highlight in your gallery. Just find the image in your MyDrive, and drag the magnifying glass icon to the part of the image you want to feature in your gallery. Say goodbye to cropping out the parts of your images that matter most!

Introducing the Social Sharing module
The world deserves to see your amazing content, so we’ve made that possible with our brand new Social Sharing module! Just simply drag the module to the desired area on your website, and your visitors will be able to easily share your website and content to Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.
One of the best ways to use the Social Sharing module is by attaching them to your blog posts! This way, everytime one of your new articles goes live, your audience and readers can share them across their social media channels to gain even more traction and help boost your SEO. Social media is one of the most powerful tools that companies use to get new customers and visitors to their website.

Updates made to Contact Forms
We heard your feedback, and we have made a ton of updates to the Contact Forms on your website. We know how important it is to be able to get the right message across to your visitors, especially when you are asking them for information like their name, email, etc. Now you can completely customize the content of your contact forms, from changing the names of the fields, all the way to reordering the different options.
Also, when users submit their information to your contact form, they immediately receive an email notification letting them know that you have received their answers. Your users can only successfully submit their info if they fill out all of your contact form fields, so you can say goodbye to anonymous unsolicited submissions.
